Users/viewers are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of the firm’s System. Any such violations may result in criminal and civil liabilities upon that user/viewer. The Magnate Group will investigate any alleged violations, and, if a criminal violation is suspected, the firm will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations. Engage in and encourage conduct that would constitute a fraudulent
or other criminal offense or give rise to civil liability for

Engage in deceptive on-line marketing; and/or |

Assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities
described above. |
